before, you're going to have to wait a few minutes for
him to download. He's and ActiveX control, so just wait
for it to get installed. Also, you need Microsoft
Internet Explorer to run this. Get
it here. IMPORTANT: If you want this to work, you have to let it install the Microsoft Agent Version 1.5. Do not decline or it will not work properly. This takes a long time to load so you might want to grab a coke and sit back.
